Ben Waters advised and supported me through a very upsetting time due to an allegation made against me. He made me feel at ease and kept me updated on the case. His support was amazing, would recommend to others. Ben explained the process to me as I have never been in a police station before he made me feel like he was there for me.
Never failed to let me down always done your best to get me the smallest sentence possible. Really friendly and polite, making you feel welcome.
Megan, I just want to say how thankful I am to have had you with me through this. Your patience, kindness, down to earth and non-judgemental ways in all honesty have been a god send. Thank you for everything you have done.
To hear that your there to help me was the most satisfying and a good feeling. Thank you!

Joanne joined hpjv in March 2020 as head of our Private Client Department and takes the lead role for our Conveyancing and Probate teams. Joanne qualified as a solicitor in 2007 after completing her training contract in a well-respected firm of solicitors in Barry. Having primarily focussed upon conveyancing work prior to qualification, following qualification Joanne side-stepped into the Wills and Probate sector where she gained valuable experience in an in-house environment of a major national player in the retail sector providing Wills and Probate services. Joanne then spent a number of years honing her Wills and Probate skills, frequently dealing with high value estates and net worth clients. Following the birth of her second child, Joanne made the decision to return to her Conveyancing roots and became an integral member of a team at a highly-respected South Wales High Street firm, specialising in panel Conveyancing.
