Daniel joined hpjv solicitors in 2001 and qualified as an Accredited Police Station Representative in 2003. His experience in criminal law spans some 25 plus years. Daniel supports and advises clients held at the police station, including outside usual office hours, and offers advice and assistance in cases following charge to be heard before the Crown Court. If a client is charged, Daniel works closely with our solicitors and with barristers whom we instruct, to ensure that defence cases are fully and thoroughly prepared for trial. He also regularly instructs experts in various fields to assist in the preparation and defence of our client's cases.

Daniel’s wealth of knowledge and experience in this field covers all aspects of criminal defence, including murder, sexual offences, serious violence, fraud as well as serious and complex drug conspiracies.

Daniel prides himself on his ability to quickly build a rapport with clients and deals with them in a reassuring manner. He understands that it can be stressful for anyone facing criminal allegations and aims to assist in offering the necessary insight and advice throughout the process.

In his spare time Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and watching live music. He is also a season ticket holder at Newport County A.F.C.
