Rhian became a director at hpjv solicitors in 2020 having initially joined the family department in 2008 as a trainee solicitor.
Rhian specialises in family and child care matters, dealing primarily with child protection and representing parents in public law and adoption proceedings. Rhian is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Law Scheme. Rhian also has extensive experience in private law matters and injunctive action.
Rhian has dealt with a range of cases which have varied significantly in terms of complexity, from allegations of neglect to allegations of inflicted injury and sexual abuse. Rhian also has experience in secure accommodation applications, forced marriage applications and deprivation of liberty applications.
