Rachael Price
Rachael joined the family department in July 2025.
Since qualifying in 2022, Rachael has dealt with both private and public law proceedings.
Rachael specialises in Child Care matters representing parents and has dealt with a range of cases including a case which was part of the Family Drug and Alcohol Court Pilot Scheme that was run in Wales. Rachael has experience in dealing with cases of neglect including allegations of inflicted injuries. Rachael also provides advice to family members who have been assessed as alternative carers in care proceedings and wish to make an application to the court to become Special Guardians.
Rachael also helps parents who need advice and assistance when social services have become involved with their family as part of the Public Law Outline Process.
Rachael provides a sensitive and caring approach to all of her clients. Whilst providing, clear honest advice in the most difficult situations. Rachael takes pride in being approachable and providing a high-quality professional service to all her clients.
In her spare time Rachael loves to go on as many adventures as possible with her young family.
