We are expanding our support department with an excellent opportunity to join our friendly team, here at HPJV Solicitors in Newport.

The Role

New Business Co-ordinator is a newly created role. You will be the first point of contact and responsible for dealing with all new enquiries, via telephone and email. Liaising with new clients and internal departments to ensure new enquires are dealt with promptly and our clients are receiving an efficient service.  Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Promptly responding to enquiries via telephone or email.
  • Liaising with clients to collate required information/documentation
  • Conflict checks
  • Opening new matters
  • Client correspondence
  • Reception cover
  • Scanning and photocopying
  • Diary Management
  • Typing

Skills and Experience.

  • Experience in Customer Service, Reception, Legal Secretarial or Legal Administration is preferred
  • Excellent time management and good work ethic.
  • Work well in a team, with a flexible approach to work
  • The motivation to learn and show initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages and Case Management Systems.
