Kellie joined the Family Department at hpjv solicitors in March 2022.

 

She completed her LLB Law Degree at Swansea University in 2015, followed by the Legal Practice Course which she undertook part-time whilst working as a Paralegal. Kellie successfully qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and specialises in family law.

 

Since qualification, Kellie has specialised in dealing primarily with family and children matters both public law and private law. She has represented parents in both types of proceedings and has dealt with a range of cases involving allegations of neglect and injury and domestic violence. Kellie has advised and represented clients in respect of the Public Law Outline (PLO process) and in respect of social services involvement with their children. Kellie also has experience in representing clients in other family matters such as Special Guardianship Order and injunctive action. Kellie has also advised clients in relation to divorce and finances.

 

Kellie strives to provide a professional service to her clients whilst supporting them through difficult and worrying times.  Kellie is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.

 

Outside of work, Kellie enjoys spending time with her young family, friends and walking along the beachfront!
