Housing, Debt and Welfare Benefits

At HPJV we offer our clients specialist advice in all Housing disputes. We advise both landlords and tenants in respect of both social housing and private housing. We represent clients in court proceedings in relation to repossession cases, ASBI's and ASBO's and homelessness cases and also cases in respect of all issues relating to tenancy agreements.

HPJV is also able to offer clients advice in relation to all issues relating to debt difficulties including repayments relating to credit and Hire purchase agreements, individual voluntary arrangements, debt management, re-mortgaging and bankruptcy.

We also provide advice to clients regarding disputes or problems in respect of their welfare benefits including their entitlement, the application and we also represent clients in relation to appeals and reviews of their benefits.
